Normally I do mostly all of the diagnostics and repair work on my cars, unless its beyond my skill-set and I dont have the necessary tools to do the job. This week my car finally threw a code for the intermittent misfire and rough idle Ive had for the last few months, but due to a full knee replacement 2 wks ago, I cannot stand nor lean over a car engine right now to perform repairs. Thus, I brought my SS Camaro into RK Quality Services (for the first time) for an intermittent faulty and leaking cylinder-3 fuel iniector (Code P0203) and spoke to Rob at front desk about replacing it. Not only did he get the injector within a day and repair scheduled immediately, I was refreshingly surprised at how honest he was with the labor time estimate, having done them myself before. For a first time experience here, I am extremely satisfied can say the positive reviews online are absolutely true. When I picked up my car, I was even made aware of another potential issue/part to keep an eye on that may be going bad in the near future based off of scans/readings of the ECU. Should the situation arise where I am unable again to work on my car, I will definitely be bringing it back to and trusting RK Quality Services with the repairs, and greatly appreciate everyone's efforts there!
